Love the wide variety of German beers on tap here! The Wagyu burger with Swiss and mushrooms is sanely delish! Always fun place for our gatherings.

Was here on a week night and everything went great! Can't say anything about the beers, but I had a mule and it was It wasn't crazy busy, so it wasn't too loud; the food was amazing (and heard great things about the burger..?); and the staff that I interacted with were all friendly.

We were looking for someplace new to try in town for drinks and snacks/appetizers and hubby found this place online. We were pleasantly surprised! The restaurant is charming and has a great vib and the service was fantastic! The whole staff pitches in and helps the server when they are busy with other tables which I LOVE coming from a long history of being a server/bartender. The Hammer pants fries are absolutely delicious as well as the pretzels! (You get 2 large ones in one order so don't let the price scare you) The Moscow mule are great too and we will definitely be back!

As someone who’s lived in Omaha my whole life, I’ve been to a lot of places that claim to have the best burger in town, and out of all of those places, there is only one that I continue to go back to every time: Barchen Beer Garden in Benson. These burgers are so delicious! Melty Gouda cheese, juicy Waygu beef patties, pickled red onions, and a house made burger sauce served on a soft and airy potato bread bun. Along with the burgers, they have yummy cocktails, specialty shots, and a long list of beers to try. Every time we have gone, the restaurant has been clean, the staff has been super nice and attentive, and the food has been top notch. The back patio is great for larger groups and a fun place to spend a beautiful day. Next time you’re in the mood for a good burger, definitely go show Barchen some love!

Stopped in to grab a snack and a beer while warming up from the cold Nebraska winter. We were greeted by a friendly older gentleman who took his time helping us pick the perfect beers to enjoy alongside some amazing pretzels. The place has plenty of seating, and TVs line the walls, so you can catch a game while you relax. Overall, it’s a wonderful spot to visit if you enjoy German-themed food and drinks. Highly recommend it!

29 Sept 2023, then AGAIN the next day LOL! I only wanted something to eat before I went to Musette's Bar where my daughter works. She had never been. I ordered the pretzel and a very nice craft beer, forget the name HAZY ipa. Much to my delight the pretzel did not look like the normal pretzel shape, but came in 2 pick-a-part pieces in a braided style. The complimentary CHEESE dip was amazing as well as the mustard, however I preferred the cheese. YUM! I stuffed myself with the whole lot, so didn't require a dinner! I ended up taking my daughter the next day...service was not as on top when I sat at the bar. Just took awhile to order and we were given a pitcher of water without any glasses...waited so long got our own. However, this would not prevent me going back. Daughter was just as surprised with the quality of our pretzel and we also ordered the Bratwurst appetizer with French fries! This was all we ordered, but I'll be back to Omaha in January! FAB FAB

Barchen is home to my husband's favorite burger in Omaha. We both love the garlic aioli they use. Their drink selection is great, and all the food we've tried is delicious! Love the atmosphere, too!

Our app was excellent. We went all in on the Hammer Pants Fries. We ordered three different burgers and everyone was pleased. The mushroom swiss was probably the best I've had. Fries are very good. Great beer choices. Loved the hefeweizen. The staff was very nice and service was excellent. Will definitely be back.
